“But if you let the old Tojo Kai have a taste, it might bite your hand off, right?” Of course, he tells Terada it’s all up to him in the end. He only just started taking Terada’s policy seriously, but it seems this contribution would mean he should be wakagashira. A huge enterprise wanting to put up a building there asked to buy it, and after some negotiations, they gave him all this money. Turns out a while ago he received some land in the Kamurocho neighbourhood, as collateral on a loan.
#Yakuza kiwami majima winning full
Majima strolls in and plonks himself down in the wakagashira’s seat, and then calls his guys in with a handcart full of cash.

But then everyone is distracted by distant, familiar humming … Uematsu loses his temper again, yelling that if they have complaints they should match his earnings before they voice them! Terada agrees that Uematsu should be the next wakagashira. They say they’re dazzled by money and have no yakuza spirit. The old Tojo Kai guys protest again, saying they have standards and they don’t approve of the dirty ways in which Uematsu and Iibuchi make their money. Iibuchi points out that all the older Tojo Kai families are all around the same level, and though Kashiwagi’s Kazama Family is putting in a strong effort, Uematsu Family is the clear winner … which means that Uematsu should be the next wakagashira.

The next biggest to Uematsu is Iibuchi Family, and the third is Kazama Family. The tiny one next to it is Majima Family. The enormous bar on the chart belongs to Uematsu. So Terada’s decided the wakagashira position will go to whichever Family has provided the highest amount of contributions to headquarters. But he says that, for someone who’s come from outside the organisation like him, such a decision is very difficult … which earns him a little frown from Kashiwagi. It’s the position of highest power in the clan next to the chairman, and whoever takes it on will decide the fate of the organisation in the future. Kashiwagi asks what’s on the agenda today, and Terada says it’s time to choose who will fill the empty wakagashira (captain) seat on the board. That causes uproar among the oldtimers, who Terada tells to shut up. You’ll only be given power if you achieve results. The Tojo Kai Reformation is a merit policy, not blood inheritance. The old Tojo Kai guy points out that Uematsu was just a nobody from a third rank organisation before he became Terada’s favourite, and Iibuchi, the guy in glasses, butts in to say that being a newcomer or not doesn’t matter any more. He tells them to shut up, you have to earn the right to talk these days.

The guy with the scar on his face is Uematsu. They don’t want to become “money-obsessed people like Omi”. It’s February 17th 2006, a couple of months after Kiryu abdicated from the position of fourth chairman of Tojo Kai and put Terada, formerly of Omi Rengo, in charge.Īt a board meeting, older Tojo Kai members are complaining about Terada’s new innovations, which he calls “Tojo Kai Reformation”. There may be differences from the official English version.Įnjoy the game, and as always, please don’t spread spoilers! It’s fairly short, only three chapters, so this is the whole thing in one post.Īs usual, a reminder that this is my own amateur translation from the Japanese version of the game. Here’s a walkthrough/ summary of the story of Kiwami 2’s new Majima scenario.
